Fried/Roasted Bengal gram(Porikadalai) mix

Ingredients:

Fried/roasted bengal gram-1 cup

Procedure:

  1. Remove all impurities from gram and grind it well in a mixer until it becomes a smooth powder.
  2. Sieve the powder well and store in an air tight container.

P.S

Dry the mixer jar in sun light before using.

  1. For any dal after roasting how to clean the impurities.. Do i need to soak in water n then dry n then grind
