HOME -MADE SERIES

Hi all, today’s post is just a collection of all recipes in my home made series.I always prefer home made ingredients in cooking and I prefer to prepare them in small batches. Most of us would refrain from preparing the essentials at home thinking it is a huge process. But it is not so.It can be done very easily when you make in small batches, say the amount required for a month. The freshness can also be ensured in this way.I shall keep adding recipes to this section as I keep adding them to my kitchen. So you can bookmark this page to get future updates automatically. Also feel free to write to me to get recipes for dishes of your choice.I shall make them and post for you.

VEGETABLE BIRIYANI-(With brown rice & fresh masala)

Biriyani is one of my favourites for three reasons-An one pot meal, loaded with veggies and a royal treat. You can make it in n number of ways and my all time favourite is the way my mother makes.I have always wanted try it like the restaurants and with freshly ground masala powder.Fortunately there was an exclusively TV show on biriyani and I had noted the recipe.I am giving below the recipe for 4 servings with all ingredients whereas the images might not have the same quantity.I skipped few ingredients as my family members prefer a lesser spice version. This recipe is yet another one which can be added to my blog’s purpose.Yes,no whites…Check in detail about it here and let me know if you like the PURPOSE OF MY BLOG. I made it with brown basmati rice ūüôā

DAILY DIET CHART FOR BABIES & TODDLERS(with recipes)

6 months to 3 years diet chart

Most of my readers would be very happy today on seeing this post. I had been delaying the release of this post due to several technical issues and personal reasons. Many parents wrote to me asking for a diet chart/meal plan for their babies and I kept saying soon and gave them a sample. This was in WIP(work in progress) state for more than 3 months and today I let it go live. The main reason for the delay was some incompatibility issue with my blog and I personally didn’t like posting a diet chart because I usually go by “FEED ON DEMAND”. Still I made some efforts(really huge) to get this done.Hope you find them useful. Continue reading “DAILY DIET CHART FOR BABIES & TODDLERS(with recipes)”
